As part of this exciting addition, we’ll be expanding our offerings by introducing Aerial Fitness classes right here at McDaniel Fitness. This is a great opportunity to try something new, challenge your body in a different way, and have fun doing it.
Beginning Sunday, April 12th, all Sunday Aerial classes will be hosted at McDaniel Fitness:

• 2:00 PM – Aerial BASE
• 3:15 PM – Aerial DANCE
• 4:30 PM – Intermediate Aerial Dance
